Custom Travel Planning
From $75For highly customized trips requiring extensive research, itinerary building, and personalized planning, a non-refundable planning fee beginning at $75 may apply. This may include:

- ✅Independent travel planning
- ✅Custom hotel research
- ✅Flight & routing guidance
- ✅Train logistics & transportation planning
- ✅Detailed itinerary support
More complex itineraries such as luxury travel, honeymoons, multi-country trips, activities/tours, concierge-style planning, or group travel may require enhanced planning support and additional fees based on complexity.

Planning Fee Policy
Planning fees are non-refundable and compensate for the time, expertise, research, and itinerary design invested in your trip, regardless of whether travel is ultimately booked.
Because custom planning begins immediately, fees cannot be refunded once work has started.
A planning fee typically applies once detailed research, custom itinerary design, or extensive comparisons begin.
We'll always discuss any applicable fees upfront with full transparency before work begins.
