2.Booking Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

• Travel dates and itinerary details
• Names exactly as shown on government identification
• Passport and visa requirements
• Entry requirements for destinations
• Health or vaccination requirements when applicable

Anderson Travel Group is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information submitted by the traveler.

4.Payments & Fees

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier terms before confirming travel arrangements.

Planning or service fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated in advance.

5.Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier.

Refund eligibility is determined by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour providers, or other travel suppliers. Anderson Travel Group cannot guarantee refunds for canceled travel, missed flights, weather disruptions, or supplier policy changes.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment.

6.Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips.

Coverage and claims decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider. Anderson Travel Group does not guarantee coverage or claim approval.
